774pub login Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 774pub login website or platform, creating an account, making a deposit in Philippine Peso, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 774pub login.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not register an account. Continued use of any section of the site — whether sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, or casino table games — constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms as they may be updated from time to time.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use 774pub login, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

774pub login may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Providing false information during registration — including false date of birth — is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one registered account on 774pub login. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be voided. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

Your account credentials — username and password — are personal and must not be shared with any other person. 774pub login uses OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL encryption to protect account access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at the contact email provided on this site.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 774pub login will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on 774pub login — deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency transactions are processed on the platform. There is no currency conversion step involved in any part of the payment process.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Funding your 774pub login account using payment sources belonging to another person is not permitted.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to verification requirements. 774pub login reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games on the 774pub login platform — including live casino, RNG casino table games, slots, eBingo, and sports betting — are subject to specific game rules that apply alongside these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these terms, game-specific rules take precedence for that particular game type.

You agree to use the platform only for personal, recreational gaming. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

774pub login reserves the right to void any bet or transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a technical error. Decisions made by 774pub login in such circumstances are final.

6 Responsible Gaming

774pub login is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and sustainable. Online gaming is entertainment — it is not a reliable source of income and no outcome is guaranteed. The house edge exists in all casino games, and no betting strategy can eliminate it over the long term.

We encourage all players to adopt responsible gaming habits before each session:

• Set a PHP budget for your session and stop when you reach it.
• Set a time limit and stick to it.
• Never chase losses with larger bets in an attempt to recover.
• Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or substances that affect your judgement.
• Take regular breaks, especially during long gaming sessions.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming difficult to control, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for self-management resources and guidance.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

774pub login may from time to time offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentives to registered players. Any such promotion will be accompanied by its own specific terms and conditions that govern eligibility, claim process, and applicable requirements.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only.
• One promotional claim per person, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Attempting to claim a promotion through multiple accounts or by any fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• 774pub login reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

No specific bonus percentages, amounts, rollover requirements, or time limits are stated in these general terms as promotional details vary by campaign. Always refer to the specific promotion page for current terms before participating.

8 Privacy and Data

774pub login collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

Personal data including your name, contact details, identification documents, and transaction history may be used for account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. 774pub login does not sell personal data to third parties.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

774pub login reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Engaging in prohibited gameplay or abuse of promotional offers.

In the event of account closure for cause, any promotional balance or bonuses will be forfeited. Genuine account balances from verified deposits will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

You may also request voluntary account closure by contacting 774pub login support. Accounts with a remaining PHP balance will have that balance settled before closure in accordance with verification and withdrawal requirements.

10 Changes to These Terms

774pub login may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the current terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
